Subject	Front calipers seized. New calipers?

Message	The pistons on the one side of my front drivers side caliper have seized. One pad was metal to metal. The other side had a few millimeters left. On the passenger side the pads are the same thickness pad to pad but not front to back. Do i need new calipers. I already have brand new pads and rotors. Are there aftermarket calipers that fit oem sized pads and rotors. I cant find any. Is it more cost effective to get a big brake kit? I don't want used Z32 calipers. I don't want the same problem in a few months. Nissan quoted me almost 900 a piece for new calipers.
